  • The customer's success is the core of what SRD strives to protect and improve. In order to do this we never assume anything and always call if we have questions. In addition what we always do is make sure that what they order is going to work the best for them in all areas of their organization (such as diecutability, stripping, bindery and final product presentation). In addition to this, whenever possible give them more suggestions to help them improve their processes.
  • If we can help our customer become a success, then SRD will succeed, this is the reason why customers have found that SRD is the place to goto for the best dies and advice. This means that we provide the best tool possible that exceeds the customers' expectations, and continuously suggest new technologies and techniques to help our customer improve their process and on top of that, never ever be late.
  • Our companies success is a direct result of proper employee culture and training created by the best in management attitude and leadership. Which means that employee attitude and happiness is critical to SRD's internal success. SRD must be in continuous training from the management down to each and every other employee, it is this cross training and education that makes us a benefit to our customer. We are not just another die shop that fills the lasered lines with rule. Each employee knows his role in the production of the die is critical to our customers success and this is done by constant education. It is not enough to know how each customer likes their die produced, it is the theory and logic behind why we do it that way which makes us become an extension of the customers diecutting department, not just another vendor.
