We have the latest in steel rule die software that is updated routinely.
That in conjunction with our high precision plotter ensures you receive "Worry Free Dies".

The Jig Saw is used to modify dies after they are lasered.
Not all dies can be modified , but if you need a rule added, or extended we use this machine to make the minor changes.

|
The Zund plotter has multiple capabilities with an accuracy of + or - .003 inch.
The machine uses an oscillating head, drag knife or router bit to accomplish the cutting.

Capabilities include...
- Plotting mylars or drawings for checking our dies or for your use to check the die to your press sheet before you load the die in your press.
- Cutting and creasing samples for prototype purposes, or for sample runs on your printed paper.
- Cutting samples of nearly any material that is die-cuttable for samples, or for production runs. We can cut, gasket materials, foams up to 1/2" thick, plastic, wood, paper or corrugated.

Digitizing tablet is capable of scanning in your art or samples with an accuracy of better than .005 tolerance.
This machine is used if you do not have a cad file or drawing.
After we scan the image in, we make a plot and check the plot to your sample for any errors and complete accuracy.

Our laser is built specifically for cutting steel rule dies with the highest tolerance and rule tightness consistency.

We also have the ability to cut almost any material that a 2,500 watt laser can cut, including steel, plastic, wood, gaskets, templates, etc.
Our laser table is cabable of producing the largest dieboards out of 4 foot x 8 foot sheets of wood without having any seams or dovetails.
And, of course, we can laser dieboards of unlimited size to fit any press by using simple laser quality dove tail locks.

Our Automatic Rule Processors are capable of taking the CAD file and bending the rule to match your files exactly.
These machines are capable of making an unlimited number of parts that are identical to each other.
Also, the best advantage of these machines versus the old style of bending dies by manual equipment, is that we can make and send you parts for your die without having the die sent

back to us, which reduces turn around time for when you accidentally damage a die or one area of the die prematurely wears out (not for re-ruling an entire die).
Another advantage of these machines is that we can bend all of the rule while the die is being lasered which allows us to ship dies in 1 day, when in many cases other die shops cannot do this.
